For cash-out refinance up to 75% Loan-to-Cost Ratio, rates starts at 4% still depending on your credit score and experience. 30 years fixed term and loan amount between $50,000-$2,000,000.

3. Short Term Rentals (Like for Airbnb property) - Up to 80% Loan to Value + 100% of the renovation cost! Rates starts at 6% depending on your credit score and experience. For cash-out refinance up to 75% Loan to Cost Ratio, rates starts at 4% still depending on your credit score and experience. 30 years fixed, 5/1 ARM, and 7/1 ARM rate structures.

4. New Construction - Up to 100% new construction costs! Rates starts at 7% depending on your credit score and experience. 12-24 months term, loans from $250,000 to $20,000,000.
